Numerouno first cold pressed extra virgin olive oi is produced from Tuscan varietal olives grown entirely on a farm in Follonica near Grosseto. Our mild seaside climate provides protection from freezing and fosters early ripening of these hand-picked olives. thus, the acidity of numeruno is extremely low. We offer oil unfiltered because this tyle retains the naturally rich and fruity flavor we prefer at home. Numerouno’s name came into being in 1850 when Bicocchi family received a royal grant for the first “presella” – piece of land – to be drained from Maremma’s marshes. Today this unspoiled land continues to be the “Ravida” family home and a model farm devoted to traditional production of the finest fruits.
