Because we are shipping perishable items, there are certain shipping guidelines we must follow that may cause your order to take a bit longer than other Amazon.com orders. But trust us, it will be worth the wait. Following is a summary of how our shipping schedule works: In order to ensure your perfectly aged steaks arrive frozen, we only ship orders on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday. This ensures that your order arrives before the weekend (UPS doesn’t count Saturday & Sunday as transit days and we’d hate to have your USDA Prime steaks sit in a warehouse all weekend). Orders placed by 4pm CT will ship out the next shipping day. Once your order is shipped it can take anywhere from 1-4 days depending on how far away from Chicago it’s going. You will receive a confirmation email with your UPS tracking information so you can see just how long until you get to cook up the Ultimate Steak Experience. For example, if you place an order on Sunday at 2pm CT, your order will ship out the next shipping day (Monday).
